I ate here on my vacation this past week and it was incredible! A bit pricey, but understandable for the quality and the view. I got the steak & shrimp dish (grilled shrimp instead of fried) and it was super good! The waitress wasn’t sure of everything but she made sure to check on everything I asked that she was unsure of. Overall very good experience- I didn’t get sick and I felt safe eating there! Also, the strawberry daiquiris were amazing!!

I didn’t eat here because they didn’t have anything GF for kids. No GF buns- but they do have GF menu.
A ton of GF options clearly marked on the menu and was told most things are naturally GF. Food was amazing! My mom had a GF crab cake and I had jumbo shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both were amazing! Beautiful view of the beach! Server was knowledgeable about celiac and knew what we could and couldn’t have.

Amazing. I hadn’t had a Maryland crab cake in more than ten years because of finding out I couldn’t have gluten. I cried when I ate this one it was so good (yes I’m ridiculous haha).

Great for our family of 5 - aged 6 to 45. Able to get chicken tenders for the kiddo while getting safe gluten free food for myself, who is diagnosed with celiac disease. So nice to be on vacation and not get sick!!

Amazing experience. Server immediately asked for allergy information. He seemed Knowledgeable about the menu. I am gluten sensitive (non-celiacs) and I did not have a reaction. I ordered the rockfish, fries (done in a separate fryer), green beans, and applesauce.

Loved the gf crab cakes here! Beautiful view. And kid friendly too. Menu is clearly marked with good gf options. Server was new and didn’t know what sides were gf, but she checked with chef. Would come back again!

I had the sirloin, red potatoes, and applesauce. I did not have a reaction. They cooked my steak differently, in a different pan. Although I asked for medium well, it came very very well done. I don't really care because I didn't get sick, so it was a win in my book!

Since I'm the only one in my party that had a gluten allergy they let me pick a restaurant. We Were ALl happy I picked this one! The food was delicious! I had the crab cakes and they were naturally gluten free, they don't fill it with a bunch of breading just lumps of crabmeat. The potatoes, green beans were all gluten free and it was unlimited sides that also included applesauce and Cole slaw. The rest of my friends had the lobster bisque not sure if it was gluten free as I also havea dairy allergy, they all said it was amazing. They loved their entrees as well. The view and service was great too! We will definitely go back!!

Came here for dinner. Menu is well marked, except for the sides, but the waitress knew exactly what sides were GF (not the wild rice). I got the mixed seafood bake (can't remember exactly what it was called) that had shrimp, fish, scallops, and crab with green beans and potatoes. Easy enjoyable meal.

Came here while on vacation with my husband who has celiac and is very sensitive, even to cross contamination. He got the scallops with potatoes and green beans. He did not get sick!! The menu was clearly marked for meals but we did have to ask about which sides he could eat. Our waitress wasn’t 100 percent sure so she went and checked and then came back to us. It was delicious and safe for us!

I am OCMD local-ish (strong family ties here) and I had one of the best crab cakes at Harrison’s. My server was knowledgeable about which sides were GF (only thing that’s not marked on the menu). I have a new favorite restaurant in OCMD.

My daughter and I have celiac disease. She loved the GF crab cakes. I had them for lunch two days last week. They were amazing. I had no problem at all.

Stopped here last minute for lunch on our way to rehoboth. Staff was very knowledgeable. So many options available on the menu to choose from. Decided on the crab cakes and those were absolutely DELICIOUS! I am celiac and did not get sick from eating here. Would definitely come back again if we are ever in town.
GF CRAB CAKES ARE AMAZING!! Wife has severe gluten intolerance so we have to be extremely careful where and what she eats. The crab cakes were large and two with unlimited vegetables made it difficult for her to finish. Stuffed shrimps were great as well. A bit pricey but worth it.
Great place, great view!! Crab cakes were delicious although a little small.
Crab cakes are plain but gf and good. There are gf options (marked in the menu) but not many sides. I was limited to a steamed red skin potato and veg of the day.
I love this place. Never gotten sick there, it's all clearly marked and the waitstaff is knowledgeable.
Yes
Food was good. I enjoyed the crab cakes. Side dishes are not labeled for gluten so make sure to ask.

My wife (who is celiacs and has an extreme gluten sensitivity) and I read reviews for this place and decided to have dinner here while on vacation. We read the menu and everything sounded amazing. We were surprised to see crab cakes since normally they are not GF. Waitress was very knowledgeable and aware of GF and celiacs. We had a huge smorgasbord of the sampler, stuffed shrimp and crab legs. Everything was AMAZING and best of all no sickness or issues later in the evening. Dine with confidence and enjoy!

Enjoyed the GF crabcakes. Several nice options available
Menu is marked and there is a decent selection. Highly recommend the crab cakes and stuffed shrimp. Steak and cake was disappointing because I sent the steak back and still overcooked the second time. Overall a great place
GF items are clearly marked on the menu and there were a lot of options to pick from. The crab cakes were great and the service was good. A bit pricy, but worth it for not getting sick.
Yes
Main menu clearly marked for gluten free with many choices but let your server know GF anyway. There is a little misprint in the menu - some combinations that include crab imperial are marked GF but the Crab Imperial item itself is not marked - our waitress checked with the chef and it is a misprint - the crab imperial IS GF - my husband ordered a combination with it and had no problem - you should verify for yourself. Many choices of sides all of which seem to be GF although not marked as explicitly as the rest of the menu - be sure to verify with your server. The food is good but not exotic and the setting on the inlet is fun - not as many boats going thru in October as in the summer. They take reservations but check the hours - they typically close at 9 PM even in the summer.

Hostess and wait staff were great about ALLERGY alerts all throughout. Food was great (so was the view!) and we were comfortable ordering after talking to our waiter. Great place, highly recommend!

Loved this place! Lots of GF options. A note - items labeled on the menu as GF still require you to let your server know you need it that way. For instance, the crab cakes were (surprisingly) labeled GF and when I asked he server, she said, sure - we can make them that way - but you just need to let me know. That's not clear initially, so keep it in mind. That being said, the aforementioned crab cakes were quite yummy and the unlimited sides a bonus!
Great food and wonderful waitress. No problem at all with cc.
Server acted like she understood, but again I left feeling unwell. I had the crab cakes and mussels. Over the next week my DH started acting up and I had horrible muscle pain and fatigue. This was the only spot we went to in that time so I think it must have been cross contamination.
Great variety of gluten free food!! Would be super perfect with gluten free bread .

There are 3 steamed shellfish GF options and a soup on the menu. No idea why another reviewer called it extensive. Server tried but was confused. Luckily he put my tuna order in no marinade because I was concerned about spice level. He had no idea soy sauce contained gluten and it wasn't listed as an ingredient (tuna not GF but they said they could modify.
No dedicated fryer so no fries for the cd child.
Good food but no more GF than any other restaurant except the steamed shellfish.
No
Our server (Jessica) was understanding of our Celiac son's need and went above n beyond most to accommodate us. Was so good we went back a 2nd nite. Son ordered off kids n regular menu. A little on the pricy side but seemed safe for celiacs as our son has shown no after affects. Would go back again if we come back to oc, md.
Scallops where excellent, had to get sides special ordered, however staff was knowledgable and able to accommodate wife's soy allergy as well. A little pricey, but worth the trip.

The menu was clearly marked with so many gluten free options, it was delicious too. The only items that weren't marked were the sides and the waitress was able to tell me which of the sides were gluten free off the top of her head. We will definitely be going back the next time we're in town.
