Review of Harry's Schnitzel & Grill

Separate gluten free area in the kitchen, separate fryer and staff/owners were VERY conscious of procedures and potential for cross contamination (for that reason they do have a legal disclaimer on their menu saying there ‘could’ be traces of cross contamination...as they’re aware that it’s a tiny possibility in a shared kitchen). They are very happy and confident to answer any GF related questions about anything they offer.

OMG!! Check out Harry's Schnitzel & Grill if you are anywhere in Melbourne region (south east). INCREDIBLE food, lovely staff (passionate about their business) & plenty to eat! Also super knowledgable on food safety for their Gluten Free options. Reserve a table ahead and mention if you have dietary needs. Highly recommended! We'll be back & hoping they add the popcorn chicken to their GF options shortly!! Their menu mentions 'may have some traces' but they have seperate prep areas and don't offer burgers as GF as they do their buns on the grill surface. So after speaking with them I'd say as safe as you're likely to get as a Coeliac eating out. They were also super happy to answer any GF related questions.
