I walked into Harry’s because I saw on DoorDash that they had GF buns. Staff was very kind but told me that they do make everything on the same grill. When I asked about precautions against cross-contact they did not have anything ready to share. They mentioned that since they were an hour from close the grill and everything were being cleaned and they would be happy to cook for me on the clean grill, but I decided not to risk it since they did not appear to have experience feeding celiacs.
