Very accommodating to Gluten sensitivities. The manager himself has Celiac Disease so the staff seems to have more of an awareness to GF diets/needs. Ponzu sauce is not GF, but they have GF soy sauce on hand. Eel and crab mix are not GF, as is the case for most sushi places. Not on the menu but the Jarrett roll, named after the manager, is GF as-is and delicious. Rainbow roll with shrimp instead of crab mix is another go to as is the spicy tuna #1 roll. Staff has always seemed to ensure our experience was safe and delicious and communicates with chefs about dietary restrictions.
