Stopped in on our travels. Very aware of Celiac concerns. Have gf buns and bread for Sandwiches. I had the DVD - Death Valley Durango- fantastic taco salad and gf toast. My families meals were delicious as well. Highly recommend.

The staff walked me through what was gluten free and what was not. They suggested substitutions for the meal I wanted so that it would be gluten free
