They go out of their way to insure no cross contamination of any allergy occurs. They are not just gluten free friendly, but other food allergy friendly!

Three types of gluten free bread offered for sandwiches. Fresh, local and sustainable products used. Gluten free sandwiches are prepared entirely separate from other sandwiches - separate utensils and condiments.
