Not a great experience. We went because I emailed with them about the cross-contamination protocol and it seemed very good. When I made the reservation and told them we had a member of the party who was celiac which means they have a severe gluten allergy they said they would accommodate. The server did create an allergy ticket to inform the kitchen. Then things started to go wrong. One of the water’s had something on the glass. One of the napkins has a shoe print on it. One of the forks wasn’t clean. There was a hair in one of the meals. One person got the French toast from their brunch menu and it was dry and burnt. The waiter was not attentive at all, it took him 15-20 minutes to bring our drinks which were sodas, teas, and a child’s lemonade. We ate at 3pm so it was not busy. The manager was nice and did come over to apologize and comped the two meals that had major problems and replaced them. The dessert at another table looked good but after everything that happened we were just ready to leave. There was no adverse reaction the next day so it seems like even though so much did go wrong, at least it was gluten-free.
