I wouldn’t recommend this place. We made it clear that our daughter is coeliac and orders a wrap. The wrap that came out looked too good to be true, so we checked with the server who told us no it was not gluten free! A gluten free one was then brought out but was pretty inedible. The ‘gluten’ food was also pretty poor.

The Chicken & Brie wrap and Blondie dessert I ordered tasted good, but unfortunately I did have a reaction later that day. The cashier that took our order was not well-informed and told me they do not use separate panini presses for GF orders. Another employee overheard her tell me this and came out to say that they absolutely do have a separate press for GF wraps and paninis. My plate wasn’t was flagged as GF, but the server confirmed that it was. Not sure if it was the wrap or the blondie that got me, but there definitely was some cc.

Surprise find. We were driving from Golden to Calgary, and needed to stretch and eat. Most things can be gf. I had the pink wrap—made on a separate grill. Very good. All sauces and soups also gf. Most desserts, wrapped also gf. Even non-gf thought it was tasty!

Gf baking was wrapped and seperate from other baking. Try the zucchini bread!

Hit the spot!! Everything looked like it could be made gf. The gf wraps were really good! I had the goat cheese and beet chicken wrap with a chocolate chip blondie to finish up!

Feel very safe eating here as they prep GF separately and there’s a good choice of fillings on their wrap menu. And some good treats to pick from too.

Unable to rate, so just put 5 to be nice. Just posting to let people know that they are not open at this time. Looks like renovations are still happening.

Friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about allergies. So many gluten free options! Most sandwiches can be made gluten free. It’s a great go a quick breakfast or lunch on the go.

Me and celiac husband often go here for a great lunch. Most of the staff is knowledgeable, and they have a separate press for heating the gf wraps. At least one soup per day is gf.

What a joke! Waited 25 minutes for a gf wrap that was $13. The wrap was small, they couldn't provide me with a gf grill so they microwaved it. wrap was barely stuffed with what I paid for, bland and tough rice wrap. Not impressed!

Love to go here for a wrap for lunch. Many items on the menu can be made gf. Have eaten here frequently and have never gotten sick. Good coffees too!
