There was information about allergies on their website; but we weren't asked about allergies on arrival. I knew I could choose from the salad bar, and our waitress (Laura) told me they couldn't guarantee there wouldn't be cross-contamination. I took my own fork to serve myself and didn't touch their serving spoons or tongs. I ordered Rotisserie chicken and removed the skin carefully. I had this with plain chips, sweetcorn and no gravy. Service was amazing. Respectful, allergy aware and good advice. There was a two-course deal on; but no gluten-free desserts. With the waitress' help, I was served a 'deconstructed' chocolate brownie sundae: ice cream, cherry, fudge bits, and the brownie and sauce in a separate bowl (so my husband could eat it for me). I really don't think it would be too much to be able to order a gluten-free roll with the salad; but the steps taken to care made me very happy.
