Staff are well informed and well trained on allergens. We went for breakfast and they had an iPad with allergens listed. You could tick the allergy that you ave from a list and it then gives you the menu items you can eat.
Items not suitable for the person with an allergen arrived at the table separately, and items that normally come on the breakfast order that had alterations made due to the allergy were requested to be served separately. They arrived with a flag in to mark them out as unsuitable for the person with the allergy.
Perfect service, made you confident to eat there with allergens. Would definitely visit again without worries.
