My wife just went yesterday with friends and ordered asking about cleiac safety so I could eat her leftovers. She brought back the pork hash, and we talked through her discussion with her server (seemed knowledgeable, and warned her away from the sandwiches due to a shared toaster). Everything sounded okay and I ate her leftovers once she got back. Bad choice. I started getting my usual glutened-symptoms of gut problems, headache, and joint pain within the hour. No other potential sources of gluten in my day at that point.
Hopefully this was a fluke, but unfortunately I won't feel safe eating there until I see more from them explaining possible sources of cross contamination.
