This location’s night staff is NOT looking out for my safety and is not paying attention to detail. I ordered a gluten free Big Hat combo tonight in the drive thru and repeated gluten free twice, and the girl even repeated it back to me. I have Celiac disease and am unable to eat any sort of gluten which is why I am a frequent customer at Hat Creek as this location offers outstanding GF options. However, none of this matters when they get the order wrong and I get home (after they close) and it’s a standard white wheat bun! This is literally the second time in a row that my order has been messed up, and I have lost out on a meal I’ve been craving not to mention $25 now!! I can’t trust that my autoimmune disease and special dietary needs are being taken serious at Hat Creek - Keller, and now I’m questioning if there isn’t cross contamination taking place in their kitchen if they can’t seem to get an order right twice in a row….
