Hatch is great! We've been coming here since they opened, and as someone who used to live in NM and LOVES her Hatch chiles, I have deep appreciation for these guys. They've improved several of their recipes since they first opened. The green sauce has more flavor and kick. Green chiles for toppings have a choice of mild and spicy. They've improved the carnitas which are more flavorful and shredded finely. The pork stew is pretty good but the green chile cheeseburger is probably my favorite. Gluten free? Everything but the sopapillas and biscochitos. They still need to improve the salsa that comes with the chips (it's really pico de gallo, so we usually get green sauce instead). The Carne Adovada is fantastic as well. The staff is friendly and this is a regular lunch spot for us.
