I love authentic Puerto Rican food, but can’t eat some of the fried foods due to cross contamination with the oil. This restaurant does not have a gluten free menu. However, the owners were very willing to cook items separately to avoid cross contamination. They took the time to listen to my concerns and let me know all of the ingredients that they used in whatever I ordered to make sure that I wouldn’t have a problem. They fried my food in a separate pan, brought my food out separately, and all of the food that I ordered was so delicious!!! It meant a lot that the owners took into consideration my food allergy. Overall this was a great experience with good owners and delicious food!
