The sushi chef made sure everything he used in the sushi was gluten-free. Kept asking the waiter if he was unsure and I felt very safe that I got my meal gluten-free.

Very good sushi! The taste and quantity was well matched with the prices. The waiters helped me with what I could and could not have from the menu. And made sure the chef understood and made it completley gluten-free.
