Hatsuhana Japanese Restaurant

Nothing on the menu is marked gluten-free. it was my impression the staff were primarily Japanese speakers so I gave them my Japanese gluten-free card. They read it carefully and told me they could only serve me raw sushi, rice, cocktails, and grilled meats. The menu was very limited. They did have gluten-free soy sauce tasted good. I ate the three times. I do not believe they got me sick, although I kept getting sick from other restaurants, I can’t be absolutely certain. I would go back. Staff was very nice.
