Review of Hattie B's Hot Chicken

Be careful here! Coming from out of town, I‘ve always wanted to try Nashville hot chicken, so I was excited that they had gluten free options, grilled tenders and some sides. I specified that I had an allergy and needed the gluten free spice on the chicken. It was tasty, and they knew to leave off the bread even though I didn’t expressly ask for that.

However, a couple hours later that night the all too familiar sickness kicked in, and I was ill until afternoon the next day. I appreciate the precautions that they take, but in a kitchen where every other item is fried, battered, and served on bread, cross contamination must be inevitable and unfortunately I paid the price.
