I have celiac disease & we go to Hauppauge Diner once a week. Jerry, our waiter, makes sure there is no gluten ever in my meal! He’s so careful & is truly the best!! Also the food is always delicious whatever I happen to order. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Hauppauge. We travel a ways to get here & it’s always worth it!

The GF silver dollar pancakes are delicious. Waffles are not celiac safe because they use the same waffle maker.

***no dedicated fryer*** but you can still order GF fries because they can bake them instead, still really good!

They have GF buns, wraps, bread, pasta, french toast, pancakes, and flourless chocolate cake!

I’ve never been so sick in my life. Unsure if it was gluten or food poisoning, but it was bad. The server kind of blew off me off when I asked about safety procedures - “yeah that’s why it’s on the menu” and my plate came out resting on a gluten filled plate. I should have known better. To top it off, the food wasn’t good.

Good amount of gluten free items on the menu. Staff was knowledgeable. Kitchen is not gluten free, but they took precautions to avoid cross contamination. I had the pancakes and didn’t get sick.

Great selection of gluten free options for both breakfast, and lunch-dinner meals. GF bread, GF French toast and pancakes all available as well. Service is excellent and the food is very tasty. I will be going back!

Great gluten free pancakes! They do have other options as well.

First I want to start off saying that the staff was very friendly. The best part was that they had so many gluten free options. Wraps,pizza,pasta and many other options. Jerry our waiter was so knowledgeable on what I could eat. He even made sure they cooked my fries in a separate fryer. I can't wait to eat there again. The food was delicious!!!

Even though it's not on the GF menu, they can and will make you a gf grilled cheese. Dedicated fryer also means French Fries!!! Next time it's the cheeseburger deluxe for me ^!

Excellent service! Gluten free insert with nice selection. I had the turkey bacon wrap and it was awesome!
