They chef made a Cuban sandwich with tostones instead of bread. A perfect jibarito! The chef took a picture so he can make it again. It was perfect. Great roast pork, good amount of meat and cheese. The mojito sauce and hot sauce were great. The whole meal was awesome. The tostones are made in a shared fryer so he was worried with celiac disease. I took my Intolerance Complex.
