Great food! I explained that I need gf and super sensitive to gluten because of celiac- the staff was fantastic in understanding and helping with meal selections. I had a “deconstructed” Cuban sandwich, meaning no bread… had white rice and their tropical salad. I had no issues afterwards…. Portions are very generous, even with the takeout order we placed for 5 of us…everyone else could eat “normal”, anything off the menu, and they also said how good their meals were. I have no problem with recommending this restaurant to those of us who need special attention to our food needs….great restaurant with a fun atmosphere….enjoy!

I will begin by saying that the food was tasty, and neither my daughter or myself got sick. However (comma) this is not the place to come if you are looking for a quiet dinner, or if you like hearing yourself think. The dining room must be very echoy because the diners were noisy, lots of big tables, and the live music was also loud. But after the singer packed up and a couple of the big tables left it was much more pleasant. Again the food was good, and we had some leftovers for the lunch the next day, which is helpful on a road trip. I recommend the place just based on that, maybe take it to-go if loud noises bother you.

Server said he “didn’t know” when we asked about GF options then came back and told us that anything “without flour was gluten free” so we didn’t eat there since they clearly didn’t understand gluten free.

Spoke with the kitchen manager after ordering. He was a huge help, suggested an alternative to fried plantains and offered to pan fry them separately. Had a delicious safe meal.
Good food and staff. Never have had any issue with gluten at this location.
