Delighted to discover that all of their breading and most of their dishes used plantains and no flour. The supervisor who was training a new server you all about all his dishes and said pretty much all of them except the sandwiches and burgers which were not even available after 4 PM could be made gluten-free. He was careful to ask if I needed to stay away from things fried in common oil I asked twice if I needed to avoid cross-contamination. The saffron rice and the plantain dishes were delicious. My fried snapper was a bit dry but I had asked for no dairy and no citrus so I may have left out ingredients normally included. My husband felt that his dish was delicious too. He had the lobster fish and shrimp or enchilado de Marisco. He didn’t need to avoid so many allergens did not specifically ask about ingredients in this dish. I would definitely go again just not have the fried snapper.
