They do have gluten free options here and I told them I had celiac but they still served me fries from a shared fried and gave me a burger with wheat in it. Trusting my instincts I reasked if it was celiac safe and the waiter said yes, but then I asked the bartender and she double checked with the chef who said they put regular bread and shared frier French fries despite it saying gluten free on the menu for the item

So I wouldn’t consider this place celiac safe

The staff were super helpful, I ordered the Mahi Mahi macadamia crusted with rice and broccoli due to a garlic allergy they changed it up for me as the carrots it came with were in garlic. Staff very accomodating and food was delicious. I don’t remember if GF was marked or if I had to ask, I think it was marked as upstairs did GF pizza and it was marked.

This is the restaurant located within the Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort. They didn't have many gf options but the staff was very knowledgeable about celiac. I ordered pizza and it looked like it was served on an Udi crust. Taste was average but I didn't get sick which was great. Lots of great drink options, recommend trying the blended Lava Flow!
