I have been here three times. The food is very good. One time the waitress wasn't that aware of what gluten was, but once the chief came out, he knew what was going on. I did the habachi once and the whole table agreed to GF soy sauce and they made the noodles last so it wouldn't contaminate my food. They don't have a salad dressing that is GF, but they will either bring it to you without dressing or their clear soup is GF. Overall I have been very happy here. Edited to add. I went for lunch again today and the waitress didn't really know what was going on. She brought me the wrong soup, good thing I had eaten here before or I wouldn't have known. Also, they wouldn't make me GF bowl today. I had to order the teriyaki plate, which is fine but it came out without any sauce. Not nearly as good without any sauce. I may come back, but I think only at dinner time as the lunch folks don't seem to want to deal with GF. Disappointing because I was hoping to be a semi regular for lunch.

First time having hibachi in 7 years! They have gluten free soy sauce both for personal use and the chefs have it in their carts as well. They prepared my food before everyone else at the table before surfaces etc became contaminated. The server is aware of what items are gf and which are not. Note: I am gluten intolerant and not celiac. Had no issues whatsoever
I have celciac and had dinner here tonight with my family... I didn't think it was possible to eat at a restaurant like this with out feeling sick... but the waiter/cook was AWESOME and cooked all my food separate with no soy sauce! He was careful to clean the grill off before he prepared my food. All I couldn't eat were the noodles of course... not sure about the kitchen and dine-in space, don't want to lead anyone wrong. Anyway, I had a great experience! :)
