I was really excited to try this place as I heard a lot about how good they are with allergies. A decent amount of sides and almost all the meat and BBQ sauces are GF.

BUT - even after specifically telling our waitress that I had a gluten allergy the meal was still brought out with non-GF and GF things all touching on the same platter and pieces of non-GF bread piled on top of everything so a little disappointing.

Servers are knowledgable. Smoked meats are great. All sauces are GF, no dedicated fryer though.

Love the food here. Majority is gluten free. No need for separate menu as waiters are knowledgeable. I’ve been eating here for years. If I remember correctly the owner has a family member with food allergies. About 6 years ago I had a macaroni in my potato salad, I kindly complained and explained why. The owner immediately came out and apologized and said that the few gluten salads would now be separated from the gluten free ones.

All their smoked meat is gluten free, and all except one of their BBQ sauces. They don’t have a dedicated fryer but will cook fried things separately if requested
