This place was great! Had a lot of gluten options and sides. I have a severe gluten intolerance and had no reaction. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about what was gluten free and what wasn’t. Also if you like to drink they had gluten free booze, at least 3 different options.
The BBQ was delicious and the sauces were all gluten free (though not low-FODMAP). Staff were responsive and boxed up the gluten-free order separately without the standard accompaniments which contain gluten. The menu, while not specifically marked, details the items which do contain gluten (which are the minority) at the end.
INCREDIBLY aware of what is and is not gluten free, in fact there is a column on the menu listing the few parts of the menu that are gluten. There are gluten free sides and all sauces are GF. Unfortunately, no gf breads/buns and french fries are breaded. I felt super safe here tho and would recommend. Really good food!! :)

Amazing !!! Gave us all the sauces to try. Pork was amazing and all sides were delish. Chicken was a little dry but made up for all the sauces and giving us extra love in covid craziness !!! Outside and inside seating.
My server wasn’t sure about any of the sides, so I stuck to the meat and sauces, which by the way are 5 stars in terms of flavor. It’s some of my fav BBQ ever. I didn’t have any issues afterward but it did feel risky given the low staff knowledge so that’s why I’d give it a 3. I went to the Franklin location which was newly opened in 5/2019.
They do BBQ right here. The burnt ends are excellent and nothing is drowned in sauce. My wife is celiac and two daughters are gluten sensitive and they eat here without issue of being contaminated. While they don’t have a dedicated gluten menu the only items on it that contain gluten are the fries and Mac and cheese. None of the rubs and sauces contain gluten. The staff take precautions when preparing and they remove the garlic bread. Have eaten here twice so far without issues and will report back of there ever is one.
