Head Cafe

Great little cafe in the heart of Happo. It even has its own resident dog Connie! Variety of sandwich and panini options available on home baked gluten free bread (Just make sure you ask for no sauce on the salad as it contains soy sauce). The soup of the day was gluten free the times when I went and there were GF deserts available. I visited this place 4 times over my 2 weeks in Hakuba and they had GF bread available every time. They even allowed me to purchase a couple of loaves to make my own sandwiches to take up the mountain. Definitely a must try cafe for anyone - gluten free or not.
