They have a separate fryer for chips, and they did seem to be knowledgeable about coeliac and cross-contamination. But after I finish my mail I definitely was contaminated, was symptomatic for the rest of the day :( We booked the hotel for two nights, so after the first meal and getting contaminated, I was worried to eat there again. But lucky we got a one bedroom apartment, so I could just cook my own food.
