I love love love coming here! Having celiacs makes it extremely hard to find food I can eat, but they make it so easy here! They have so many gluten free options to choose from and all are delicious! I tried out their gluten free gingerbread cookies and WOW..they were amazing❤ Highly recommend!

I always have such a hard time finding gluten free places near me. I decided to give Healing4thesoul a shot because I have heard great things about it. I just walked into the store as they were making gluten free apple cider donuts - I just had to try them! They were absolutely amazing, you literally cannot find any other apple cider donuts like theirs! If you are trying to find gluten free food around this area, which is so hard to find, I truly recommend coming here because WOW!

We are a 100% gluten free facility. We also offer dairy free and vegan options. We have baked goods, wraps, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, coffee, lattes, matcha, protein shakes, and much more! Custom order food and favor orders are available for your special events.

This place is amazing! They have a great selection and everything is gluten free. The owner was very nice and welcoming. The everything bagel was the best bagel I’ve ever had and we also got a crumb cake muffin. Definitely worth a visit!

Honestly, some of the nicest people I have ever met. My husband & I stopped here for a quick lunch on the go & it was great! I have celiac so the fact that they are 100% GF was the initial appeal, food was delicious & the desserts 😍! The owners were very kind & welcoming. All and all I would highly recommend!

The vibe of the inside is more of a gift shop than bakery, so I would recommend taking your food or drink to-go. That being said, I enjoyed the crumb cake I had & would recommend for a quick treat! Their offerings seem to come from a fridge/freezer, so I don’t know how fresh it was, but it’s fine by me

Walked into healing 4 the soul to get some nourishment for my car ride back north. I walked out feeling extremely well taken care of. My breakfast burrito was delicious, as well as my matcha beverage. The beautiful women there packed me a nice variety of treats for the road! I am a celiac and had no issues. I am so grateful to have stopped in.

Just had this delicious chocolate zucchini bread. It was just the right amount of sweetness and super moist! I had the perfect breakfast paired with a banana peanut butter protein shake. Definitely recommend this place for your gluten free favorites!

Went to the American Dream Mall this weekend and was surprised about the lack of gluten free (celiac safe) options in the mall. Luckily, I was able to take out food from Healing4thesoul. It’s 100% gluten free and no risk of cc. I had a salad with the most delicious chicken ever and the most amazing chocolate chip cookies. I went back the next day for more of both. Delicious bagels and coffee! Phenomenal staff, my new go to breakfast spot! This place is truly healing for the soul. The energy is immaculate. There is such an essence of peace, restoration, and Love from the second you walk in the door. They are so passionate about their craft both with their food preparation, service, quality but as well as spiritual healing. I was very impressed and could feel the internal reset take place even before taking one bite. After trying their oat milk latte and fresh bagel with vegan cream cheese, I was in heaven. Their chocolate strawberry body butter smells delicious, is light with the application making my skin feel smooth and silky without the heavy lotion feeling. Absolutely amazing!!! Dedicated gluten free facility with so many vegan and dairy free options! I can’t wait to return for more goodies! Thank you to Dawn and her beautiful team!

Don’t go here for food. It’s a craft shop that sells store-bought food.
Received two frozen waffles bought from Whole Foods. How do I know this? Because the owner told us. She said we should have asked if it was home-made and that everyone (restaurants in the area) buys and serves store bought food - they certainly do. I’m amazed. I can go to the grocery store and heat up their products at home. I’d suggest you do the same.
Barely any chicken in the chicken wrap. A four inch slice of pizza whereby the dough was still raw. Waffles weren’t even fully toasted and fell apart, soggy and cold.
Just embarrassing.
Most desserts looked horrible - maybe they were made there.
I’m guessing this would be best classified as a hobby shop with a smoothie bar. Felt like I was at my aunts house, said I was hungry and she offered to “throw something in.”
If you want a coffee or a smoothie while you’re shopping for crafts, enjoy. But if you’re looking for any sort of food please go elsewhere.
They say everything is gluten free so if you trust them I guess there’s that.

What a find! Delicious food that happens to also be gluten free is only the beginning at Healing 4 the Soul! This women-owned, small business has amazing food and truly caters to the foodie with dietary restrictions. This is one of my favorite places for lunch, breakfast, or an amazing sweet treat!

Sadly underwhelmed. Not fresh food. Got the staff on a not so friendly day. If you’re not in the area, don’t make it a point to go out of your way. One thing I really enjoyed was the jasmine coconut refresher.

There is much more than good food to this place. I love how it is filled with candles, sprays, and crystals. The Italian bread is a must try!

We had lunch here while in town for the weekend. I am always happy to find 100% gluten free places but people should be aware that this isn’t fresh made food. We ordered waffles and pancakes which were frozen Vans brand that were microwaved or toasted. We also ordered black bean burgers to go which were also frozen packaged and microwaved. You could hear her opening the packages and running the microwave. Had I known, we would not have eaten here. On a positive note the 2 staff members we encountered were super nice and friendly.

I've been ordering from this place since I found out I have a gluten intolerance and I love it! Pretty much everything here tastes so good and I haven't had any hives since eating here.

This place is a gem! Everything is gluten free and dairy free! They also have vegan options. I am a very sensitive celiac and felt very comfortable eating here. The food was great and the desserts were delicious! It’s hard to believe the desserts were gf and df! I will be going back ASAP!

Such a great find! So many amazing options. It was so hard to choose, which means I’ll go back again soon to try different things. Got the chicken salad in a wrap and it was so fresh and delicious. Too many sweet treats to name. It was so wonderful to know that everything was safe. The owners (one who has Celiac) were so nice. And they have so many lotions, soaps, etc…which they make. I cannot recommend enough!

This place is amazing. The owner is awesome and the food fantastic. All gluten free. My daughter had Celiacs and we were really happy to find this place. They also have lots of gift items including Crystals and they make all the soap, lotions and safe sticks. Can't recommend enough! The parking is easy and plentiful asking the street.
