Healthy Habits Cafe

It has closed down now.

I really don't understand why there are not more businesses like this throughout our Nation. But I digress.

Simply put, Healthy Habits Cafe is amazing! I had to drive a round trip to Tampa from the Miami area and I was so grateful to find this gem that was along the way! Lots of options, from sandwiches to wraps and even meals with 2 sides and corn bread! Also a nice selection of desserts, but the best was having frozen yogurt with any topping I wanted! I haven't have ice cream out of the since 2007!

Whenever I'm in Lakeland again this place will be on my stop! Thank you from someone who appreciates dedicated gluten free restaurants.

Drove 30 min for dinner on a Sat and they were closed at 7 pm. Not good!

Excellent food in a safe environment. It is nice going there and not worrying about a thing!

All Gluten Free menu!

yum! Snacks , desserts, yogurt, safe drinks, soups, smoothies, salads. and so much more I loved the tuna sandwich and hubby loved the chicken salad.

Such a great place for gluten-free food. I'm a gluten-intolerent college student, so finding this place in such a small town made me REALLY HAPPY. I love the cafe, full frozen yogurt bar, and there's even a Healthy Habits store with vitamins and more next door! I will definitely be a regular here.

LOVE this place...... Completely GF menu and everything that I've tried has been delicious. Sandwiches, salads, wraps, soups, speciality hot entrees, smoothies, frozen yogurt, and desserts...... The prices are VERY reasonable and portion sizes are perfect. One of my favorite local places!

Always love this place. Great food and safe for GF people. The chicken tortilla soup is amazing.

Had the turkey avocado sandwich and it was great! Best GF bread I have ever had. Very fair prices.
