Love getting a snack at their West Seattle location, but apparently they are no longer a dedicated facility FYI.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?

— Excellent

Unfortunately the bowls are not reliable as the sauces are suspicious not just in my experience but also by some other reviewers. The smoothies and desserts are still delicious as a once in a while treat, though.

Delicious! My favorite is the Buddha bowl with a coconutty smoothie.

Excited about fresh ingredients and dedicated. Smoothies were good. Feeling ill after a Buddha Bowl though, hard to know 100% if gluten but after the prior review something is definitely up. Possibly cross-contaminated raw ingredient in the kitchen? Seems to be the mushroom marinade or sauce.

GF but not celiac safe. The dressings are not made in house and are processed on equipment that also process wheat. The owner replied to my concerns below, however the information I received about the dressings not made in house came directly from the staff who served me there. In any case, I did get sick after visiting this establishment and I will not be returning.

Our dressings are made by our HeartBeet team in our own kitchen, and are absolutely not processed on equipment that processes wheat. not sure if I ate at the same place. I tried looking for this and ended up at a place called Heartbeet. Everything in this place vegan friendly and gluten free.The salads were delicious and the kombucha was awesome. We may stop in again while visiting.

Yum yum yum, love this place. Completely GF/DF and soy free. Very tasty menu, Buddha Bowl is my favorite. Knowledgable and friendly staff.

Super delicious! I had the Thai bowl and it was wonderful. flavorful and filling! it had a bit of a spicy kick. really cool atmosphere as well. had no bad reaction! definitely check it out.

If you're using "Find me gluten-free", then you need to eat at Thrive. The Thrive Team is enthusiastic and helpful, while the foods speaks for itself. GF & Dairy Free options are delicious, fresh and plentiful. Truffles are a must try!

Raw, organic, vegan, all gluten-free cafe. Very nice for multiple allergy sufferers- all ingredients are listed on the menu.
