SO. YUMMY. We got the Tuscan salad (one of the best I’ve had), the sweet potato pie pizza - also delicious - and finished off with the chocolate/hazelnut/caramel torte with vanilla ice cream. Everything was so yummy and flavorful!

I ordered a pizza that as able to work around my gluten-dairy-tomato free diet. The crust is so good. I was able to eat the 2nd half of the pizza leftover for dinner the next day.

Ate here and did not get sick! Knowledgeable staff. Potential for cross contamination, but their confident knowledge was reassuring. Really delicious food.

The first time we got pizzas here we were so excited, they tasted fantastic and my celiac daughter did not get sick. About a month later, we got another pizza here, but within a few hours of eating it she was very sick. I don’t know if it was just a different staff on that night or if some cross-contamination error was made, because everyone there seemed confident and knowledgeable about celiac safe practices. Probably won’t try it again, which is disappointing.

Went there for the 1st time last night. Got 3 apps and 2 pizzas for our table of 2 celiacs and 1 nightshade free. It was amazing! Waitress Shelby was very knowledgable and friendly. The GF crust is also nightshade free. And the level of steps to avoid cross-contamination was incredible. We were seated next to the kitchen and saw and heard everything. Everyone scrubbed up to their elbows and regloved prior to touching our food. New cutting boards and knives were brought out. Our food was put into aluminum foil boats to keep it protected in the brick oven. Everything was delicious and even better, no issues later. Not use to actually having a selection to choose from!! Will definitely be back.

The gluten free crust is very good, they take a lot of precautions to ensure it's as gluten free as possible. They always warn it's a glutenous environment though.

Good pizzas, great gluten free crust, best gluten free pizza in town.

I have not had a reaction yet and I have been there a few times.

I am a very sensitive celiac and ate here twice during our stay in Anchorage. Staff was knowledgeable and gf pizza is prepared in a separate area. I usually won’t eat pizza out but am glad I tried Hearth. No issues at all and the food was great.

So excited to have this option! I'm not celiac, but have neurological illness that requires gf and df. I had a great gf, df pizza - they offer homemade vegan mozzarella and Daiya df cheese substitute and a really nice local on tap cider. I felt like a grown up getting to go out to eat like everyone else! Great service, also!

I was a little nervous when I walked in and could see the kitchen staff putting pizzas in the wood fire oven and wasn't sure how they could keep everything separate, but the hostess told me she actually has celiac disease and assured me they change gloves, wrap the (house-made!) pizza crust in foil, and cut it with a different cutter than the regular pizzas. I instantly felt at ease! I had the lamb kebabs for an appetizer, some delicious cider on tap, and the Hawaiian Royale pizza. Everything was amazing, and I didn't get sick at all. Thought about dessert, but I was too full! They do have cheesecake and a banana sundae which sounded amazing.

There are about five tasty gluten and dairy free items on the starters menu that I get for dinner--lamb meatball lettuce wraps with tzaziki sauce, roasted root vegetables and the pasole soup are fantastic!
