Heath’s II can accommodate those with Celiac disease! While there are not gluten free replacement options (like gf bread or gf pasta), the staff and manager were fantastic at accommodating my needs as a person with severe Celiac disease. My sensitivity has gotten very high and I was nervous, but Melanie, the general manager, patiently explained what shared what space, that they wash cutting boards between use and that each cutting board has a specific purpose, and was able to give me many delicious options so I could still enjoy the menu! I have eaten there several times and I have not yet gotten sick - and I am so sensitive that some specifically gluten free businesses cannot accommodate me! FANTASTIC service, and wonderful at handling any difficult allergies!
