They provide a Gluten sensitive menu, although it is gluten free they cannot guarantee it to be 100% because of cros contamination but the ingredients are GF as well as Vegan.

I had a GF waffle with a banoffee flavour and bananas and Ice cream. It was was and worth trying out the gluten free (gluten sensitive) options.
