The pizza is okay, a sweet sauce. The parmesan stix were below average - just sprinkled with cheese and no other herbs or ingredients to jazz it up. Be aware, there is a upcharge on each gluten free item.

I use to eat at AJs all the time in college and was surprised to see they had gluten free pizza when I came back for homecoming. It was incredible, had down the best gluten free pizza I've had since being diagnosed. So, it didn't make me sick! Would give 10 stars if I could.
They offer a 10in GF pizza. My husband loves it. They are friendly and attentive to our needs. I just saw on their menu that they offer cauliflower and a vegan crust. Confirm if they are gluten free.
The gf crust is relatively thin. It is crispy on the edges, soft and chewy in the middle, and delicious all around. Inside the pizza box, it comes in its own pan to prevent cross-contamination. I ate all but 2 of the 8 slices in one sitting.
The building is small, and most people call ahead and then pick up their pizza, rather than dining in. A.J.s also delivers to a wide radius outside of Findlay.

Eat in or Delivery. 1 size gluten-free pizza baked in its own disposable pan. I was told that it comes in that way ready to be topped and cut with a knife used only on GF pizza. I have had their pizza numerous times and have never suffered side effects. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant side is pleasant and clean.
gluten free crust available in 12 inches and is baked on a divider to avoid cross contamination. Was overall happy
