Heavenly Roadside Café

Almost everything, including all the meat, is cross-contaminated with the grill being used for pancakes and there being no dedicated fryer. However, I was able to work with the staff and agree on the loaded potatoes after expressing that I would need my food cooked in a separate pan. They were aware of what would have to be done. No reaction.
