Review of Hege's Restaurant

Menu isn’t marked but waitress let me know that they can adjust almost anything on the menu to be gluten free and prepared in separate cookware. I ordered the “Lobster Fettuccine” dish which they used zucchini noodles (in place of the fettuccine) with a butter sauce (the dish originally came with a cream sauce). I cannot emphasize this enough- it was SO GOOD. I could drink the sauce. Waitstaff was knowledgeable and flexible. So glad they were willing to customize items to make it work for me!
