I called and they said they use the same pan for everything.

GF pancakes were excellent. They also have GF toast. It was very busy but service was fast. Would recommend.

Definitely not much to have here. Idk why other reviews recommend the pancakes, bc it’s all made on the same grill. Was told they wouldn’t clean it or prepare it any different and she told me she didn’t recommend me eating there. She said their breakfast potatoes and fruit were fine so I got those. Didn’t get sick— but definitely read all reviews before going. Pancakes would not be safe.

I was extremely nervous about XC but I rolled the dice and had a short stack of their gf pancakes. Didn’t get sick, so that’s good!

I am a true Celiac and I ate here. They had amazing gluten free options! I had pancakes and toast and had no issues. Definitely recommend eating here!!!

I did not see any info about anything GF on their website/other reviews from other websites. We walked in and their white board advertised they now have GF pancakes and toast. Their standard menu still has no GF options. I asked our waitress and she said they can make any of the pancake options gluten free. I ordered the raspberry pancakes. Service was fast and the wait staff was absolutely wonderful. I do not have Celiac so I do not need to worry as much about cross-contamination and didn’t ask any further questions. The pancakes were SO good. Probably the best GF pancakes I have ever had. I ate all six and I’ve never eaten that many pancakes in my life. I would definitely recommend this place if you are in South Lake Tahoe!!

The food is great, but cross contamination is a challenge. I had a mild flare up after a veggie omlette and gf bread.
We were trying to find a safe place for me to eat this morning with no luck so decided to go ahead and stop here. My husband had the GF pancakes and said they were moist and good. However the waiter was very nice when I asked about them when we sat down. He said they would not be safe for me. There was no dedicated space on the grill. No other options would have been safe either. They did have a banana (with cream) on the menu so I asked for that and peanut butter, but skip the cream 😃

They cook everything on the same grill so even though they offer gluten free pancakes and bread, it is not safe for people with Celiac Disease. Too bad because the food is actually good.
