Very knowledgeable bar staff!

They have two bars - One for beer & cider, and one for craft cocktails.

Their cider taps are dedicated for cider and are always gluten-free. Over on the cocktail side, the bartenders are very particular about their ingredients and can tell you with confidence which things are gluten-free and which things are not.
