Fantastic food and service 👌 waitress was extremely welcoming and reassuring that they take great care ensuring their kitchen is gluten-free. They do have non-glutenfree beers but those don't go into the kitchen. I love the story behind the restaurant and knowing they understand how hard it is for someone with celiac to eat without fear of getting sick, makes it a relaxing fun place to share with friends and watch a game! P.s. you must try the corn bread! It's so good you would never know it's GF!
Everything on menu including beer is gluten free which made it nice to have so many options. Menu a bit confusing but got it figured out. The bar was cute, we ordered the brisket and fries. So flavorful! Sauces on table were also gluten free! Middle of day so waitstaff was not in a hurry but it tasted good.
Loved that I felt totally safe here! The place was immaculate and the food was awesome! My daughter never says that and she was raving! We got the Mac n Cheese with brisket, the pulled pork nachos, the cheese fries and my son got 2 tacos. The cornbread muffins were amazing and I wished I had asked for a few more haha! We will definitely be back!
This place had amazing food and beer and such a cool vibe inside. They had 2 gluten free beers available with a bunch of gf seltzers and ciders too along with regular beer for non gluten free people. Whole kitchen is gluten free which is such a relief. Fries are SO good with their Alabama white sauce, best gf cornbread I’ve had and amazing Mac and cheese. Highly recommend! My non-gluten free family thought enjoyed everything as well.
The menu at this brewery is entirely gluten free! I was able to eat ribs for the first time in years. Amazing staff and the food tasted great.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. We live an hour away and we will make the time to come here. It’s that good. The portions are generous, the people are great and the food is wonderful. I’m already looking forward to our next trip here. Make the trip. You won’t be disappointed.
Amazing experience. It is a totally GF place. Our son has celiacs and can literally order anything he wants from the menu. The food was delicious, staff was so kind. We will be coming here often! they have some GF beers, I got a flight of beers all were delicious. They do carry beer that is not GF but keep everything separate.
The food here is EXCELLENT and the kitchen is 100% GF which is great as I have celiac disease and I didn't have to worry about cross contamination. Always great being able to have anything on the menu!! However, I wasn't impressed with the ciders or GF hard seltzers, they lacked flavor in comparison with other ciders I've had, they seemed "flat" is the best I can describe it. I had a HUGE concern with how the drinks were served.....we had 4 in our party, 2 got a flight of 5 taster drinks, and the other 2 people had 3 or 4 taster drinks each. For those who did not have a full flight, the GF cider/seltzer was served on the same flight as gluten beer "in order to utilize a full flight board". We were told by our server Azealea that "this is how the flights are served". I reiterated again the concern for mislabeling and cross contamination since they shared a flight board and was told "the owner has celiac so we are very aware of what we're doing". Sure enough, the flights arrived marked however there was a mistake with one, we ordered a mango seltzer but it was not on the flight but a GLUTEN beer was!! This really needs to be revisited as it's too risky for those of us with celiac disease. Our server was not horrible but not great either, forgetting our silverware after being asked twice. I ended up getting them myself along with napkins at the station at the front door. We also asked for more water and she took our glasses instead of refilling at the table, this made me nervous because my husband drank beer and if she got the glasses mixed up, there's a cross contamination concern. When I expressed this she brushed me off saying she knew "who's glass was who's". I just got the vibe that she was bothered by me expressing my concern and her responses to them were blunt as if she was annoyed, instead of reassuring. I'll give this place another try just because the food was great but will probably pass on the ciders/seltzers and hopefully the server will be more interested in listening to the concerns of paying customers.
Cannot rave enough! I was with 7 non-gf people (3 adults, 4 kids) and everyone loved their food! The fact I could eat anything on the menu and not worry about cross-contamination was a a gift! The cornbread was to die for. Loved the Mac n cheese. Also loved my sliders. Can’t wait to go back!!!
All food is gluten free. The owner has celiac disease. Slider buns are from Rumi’s, a local gluten free bakery, and the noodles for the mac and cheese are barilla gf noodles. The waitress was very kind to help explain this to me. They didn’t have any alcohol gf drinks (seems like all their beer is just normal and not gf). Then sliders and fries were very filling! I had to take one home! Looking forward to coming back and try their mac n cheese. Update: their nachos were huge and really enjoyed trying a variety of gf cider and gf beer!
Great new dedicated GF restaurant! I don’t drink GF beers but I believe they had one on the menu. I tried the nachos and sliders with chicken. The cornbread that came with the sliders was delicious. Their menu is pretty streamlined and they don’t offer salsa or hot sauce with the nachos but it was tasty. Good to have a new spot when I visit!
I can not say enough good things about this place!! Great owners/staff, 100% gluten free food, and gluten free beer, cider, and non-alcoholic drinks. We were blown away by everything, for sure a must go. One of the owners have celiac so they take it VERY seriously. We got the bbq fries, tacos, Mac n cheese, and sliders. Everything was so good, I almost didn’t believe to corn bread was GF it was fantastic.
Went on impulse for dinner by myself and was very impressed. Good atmosphere. They were super busy but still had great service where I was sitting at the bar. The food was great. You choose things like tacos, nachos, sliders, loaded fries or Mac and cheese then choose a meat to add. You know, that fun bar food we can never eat!! It was delicious and the side of cornbread muffins was so good I ordered more to take home. I don’t drink alcohol but their root beer was great!! They had a pale honey ale that was gf that night and said they are working on more gf beers soon. I was impressed and will be back. (Oh and super sensitive celiac here. No illness at all. Wasn’t worried though cause the owner is celiac. I asked.)
Excellent food, great service! Felt completely safe, no reaction. Went back the next day!
They obviously opened too soon or don’t know how to make beer. Beer is not good. (Husband is a brewer). Also, how do you open a brewery where all the food is gluten free but not offer any gluten free beer. Total BS. I want a beer with my dinner. Food was okay. A bunch of greasy heavy food that makes you go Eh in the end. Very disappointing. Need to skid some major improvements or they aren’t going to last long
We are so excited to have a safe option close to home. The menu was simple, but varied. You choose a protein (chicken, brisket, mushroom, maybe 1 more) and how you want it done. We got mushroom nachos, chicken and mushroom tacos, and Mac and cheese with brisket on top. Also, delicious cornbread muffins! Everything was tasty. Service was great! I expected some hiccups since they just opened, but it was flawless. We aren't beer drinkers but they brew their own root beer which was great too!
Nice brew pub! Casual atmosphere and attentive staff. My wife and I were delighted to find the food menu is completely gluten free. Heights Brewing has brewed beverage choices that are gluten free as well as conventional beers that are not gluten free.
According to our server, the rolls for their sliders are sourced by local gluten free baker Rumi's Passion. Menu is easy to understand and includes vegetarian options.
I enjoyed delicious portobello sliders while my wife had portobello nachos. A very enjoyable experience for both of us!
So excited to have a new gluten free restaurant to go to that also satisfies my husband who specifically orders his meals ‘with gluten’! He had the pulled pork poutine. He said it was delicious. I love the simplicity of the menu but still lots of options! The shredded chicken sandwich was amazing! I had to order extra corn muffins to go because they were made just the way I like them, nice and crunchy! My only recommendation to make this place even more perfect is to add gluten free dessert! I can’t wait to come back!
