Heindls Schmarren & Palatschinkenkuchl

Alle Kaiserschmarrn können mit Maismehl und die Palatschinken zusätzlich auch mit Buchweizenmehl hergestellt werden. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir die Zubereitung mit reinem Maismehl zugesichert. Der Kaiserschmarrn war riesig und sehr lecker. Ich habe alles gut vertragen.

I had a great experience here. Some of the staff didn’t know a lot about celiac but most of the staff was ver knowledgeable. We had the kaizerschmarrn with apple and cinnamon. It was very delicious and i didn’t get sick.

Very limited gf options. No gf beer, no gf schnitzel, only the Schmarrn can be made from gf flours.

You can order the 'Kaiserschmarrn' and the 'Palatschinken' in different flours. Like cornmeal. It's delicious.
