Food is DELICIOUS and creative, great quality. Lots of GF options - the pancakes and compound butter are mouthwatering, no gf compromise - and we had a vegan breakfast wrap with Impossible Meat and the gf wraps are made specifically for the restaurant. Which is cool and a shame because they were perfect. Staff lovely too. Try the Nutella latte!
Great food and nice gluten free options… I had a vegan gluten free burrito and it was very tasty. Definitely recommend.
The gluten free breakfast burrito was AMAZING!! I’ve never had one at a restaurant before so I was so happy 😭 The tortilla they use to wrap it is also delicious! They also have gluten free pancakes. I was so happy and I’d absolutely come back!

It was really good overall! I would return. I was pleased with the amount if food and the service. I live in the bay and was in SF early for a bit. They open at 8 and food is fast! Good place to grab a bite.
I had a hamburger with no bun. They do not have gf buns. I didn't get sick. They don't have a dedicated fryer. So stay away from the fries. Everyone talks about the pancakes. They cook them on the same surface as the regular pancakes. So, it's not celiac safe.
GF pancakes are the absolute best I have had. We actually went back for a second time while in San Francisco. Definitely recommend visiting the Heist Restaurant.
The pancakes were amazing. Very fluffy! And also a lot of different gf-options. The staff paid attention and noted „gluten allergy!“ on the order and receipt.
Wow! Everything was so good here! The GF pancakes have a berry compound butter and berry compote and were so good! The pancakes themselves are good with a bit of cinnamon in them. My husband ordered an amazing egg dish. Glutenous pancakes were also reported to be quite good. And, coffee was really good.
GF pancakes were delicious! No vegan butter but fruit compote was a perfect topping. Chorizo is HOT. Service was friendly and quick considering how busy they were at 8:30am.
This is a perfect example of a menu that states gluten free but they have zero understanding of what that means. They had no idea what ingredients were in their items. No clue about allergens. Stay away!
Wonderful food, cute, open and airy l9cation, wait staff excellent, GF easy and felt very safe. Definitely a place to eat at again!
Had pancakes here for breakfast and you would not know that the GF pancakes were GF! I ordered mine with a side of bacon and a Nutella latte! It's not a full GF menu but they seemed to take it seriously and we're confident that I would love the GF pancakes (they were right!)
