Review of Helen's Restaurant

Helen’s made GF dining easy. There was plenty to choose from and the staff seemed knowledgeable and happy to help. I had a LOBSTER ROLL! Of course! I’ve been to Maine several times in the past 20 years of eating Gf and I’ve never been able to order a lobster roll. The waitress said there wasn’t much mayo and if there was any on there, it was disguised by the huge amount of lobster meat. Delicious. We also liked that there are lots of seating options there are there are two bar-seating areas, booth seating , individual tables and also a large room with water views.
