The doughnuts are really really good. So is their cake. It's still hard to find tasty gf desserts so they hit the mark there. They are truly a gluten free kitchen and I have never had a bad reaction to their baked goods. They're doing an amazing job providing sweets to folks who cannot enjoy them easily and I'm very appreciative of that.
The biggest con is their customer service attitude. They have the reverse of customer's always right and I'm not saying that the customer is always right but they should still be treated fairly without rudeness. You won't find consistency in basic things like business hours, pickup methodologies, inventory, etc. If you complain you may find yourself publically lambasted on their social media posts/stories. Their house, their rules and eff you if you don't follow them.
One more con is the quality control. Had the same doughnut on different days. First one was amazing and the next day the second one was hard and not as tasty. This happened a few times.
