A-MAZ-ING!
They changed their gloves every time they made a roll for me, the menu is well labelled and it was overall a fantastic experience!! Would recommend, and next time I’m in Vancouver I will definitely be stopping by again.

Wonderful. Very gluten aware. Had no issues and food was divine. Hand rolls made in front of you is their speciality

Came across this restaurant while visiting Vancouver. It was very good, clean and had very clearly marked gf options.

We had dinner here and it was delicious. There were gluten free options and our server was knowledgeable about them. The hand rolls were delicious. We started with a menu item with a number of rolls and then added some additional rolls as we were eatting. I wish they were in my neighborhood I think it would be a weekly stop.

Got a junmai sake and a couple of hand rolls. The sushi chef was happy to change her gloves. Felt fine afterwards. They did warn me there was a risk of cross contamination but after I asked a couple of questions I felt the risk was low.

Excellent hand rolls, with gf markings on the menu! Tamari is provided.

The staff confirmed that there is cross contamination and that it is not celiac safe or with people who have a gluten allergy. It was only one of the few restaurants still so we still gave it a try. My party and I got the 6 handrolls off the menu each and all of them were marked gluten free. I started getting itchy after 10 min of eating and had stomachache all night and will spare you further visuals.

We popped in on a Thursday night while visiting downtown Vancouver. It was a perfect low-key evening. The restaurant is decorated in a minimalist modern style The staff were all friendly and helpful (Leo the host was wonderful). The food is predominantly hand rolls- we did the set menu of 6 rolls. The seafood was fresh and tasty- the buttery crab roll and truffle lobster were our favorites of the night. I have celiac and the staff was knowledgeable about gluten free needs- the menu is clearly marked (about 1/2 the rolls are gf) and they have gf soy sauce as well. We will definitely be back if we have the pleasure of visiting Vancouver again.

Sushi restaurant, with cool bar only seating. Only hand rolls are made here - its a high concept restaurant.
Very clear menu that indicates which of the hand rolls are gluten free. Food is made right in front of you and the wait staff and chef were super careful about no cross contamination
