Upon alerting staff of a gluten allergy, they were very knowledgeable and helpful with menu options. The vast majority of the menu was gluten free. When we selected anything that wasn't, the waiter immediately alerted us that the dish was not gluten free. The restaurant is going to become a regular spot for us. Great service, great food, we felt very safe.

Delicious but unfortunately not gluten free. The previous review claimed that Hello Vietnam! is a dedicated GF facility and its spring rolls were actually gluten free. Their spring rolls are made with enriched wheat wrappers. I called the restaurant and texted with them only to find out that many of the items I had ordered were not just contaminated but made with gluten.
