Absolute NOT Celiac safe. I had a horrific experience here. The waitstaff was phenomenal, but the manager was rather rude about a question of whether something was safe or not. I ended up getting violently ill after eating what was labeled GF. They are either not well versed or very careless. Do NOT recommend.

We were advised that mostly everything on the menu can be GF and one of the owners has celiac disease. I would advise against the chicken fried chicken. With the GF batter upcharge, it's almost $17 for a portion the size if a few nuggets. Great taste on everything.

My favorite! I have never got sick here. Almost anything on the menu can be made gluten free. They have a separate gluten free section in the kitchen and a dedicated fryer.

Used to be my favorite restaurant! They had awesome gluten free options and then sometime around 2020 they changed their menu even though menu was marked gluten free I ended up going back and got violently ill, I went back months later just getting nachos and again became violently ill. Save your self the ER trip!

Get the gluten free chicken bites plus gluten free waffle fries. Stop by Raising Canes before heading in and use their sauce (GF) to dip the nuggets in and it tastes just the same. Be sure to specify gluten free so they can make them in the GF fryer. Comes with a little sticker to denote gluten free. Great place! The pizza is disappointing but with so many options that doesn’t even bother me!

Not all sauces are safe! I’ve asked a few different times and the definitive answer is BBQ sauce is safe (or plain). All the others they’re either uncertain, not safe or “should be.” Dedicated fryer but be mindful.

Many of the menu options can be made gluten free. Your order comes out on a tray with a "Gluten Free" sticker on the paper. Dedicated fryers. I ordered the chicken tenders and waffle fries. The fries were pretty bland and the chicken was very greasy. The ranch dipping sauce was good. It is definitely a "bar" setting. There was an extremely loud section of people that made it almost impossible to hear your fellow table-mates. The restaurant itself was a bit dirty, the floor was sticky and a lot of the tables were dirty. I didn't feel well later in the day after our meal. I don't believe I was glutened per say but rather all the grease in the food didn't sit well with my stomach. I had high hopes based on others reviews but unfortunately, we won't be back.

GF bun for veggie burger. Wait staff was so-so knowledgeable about GF options. Took long time to get food when not very busy. They made up by comping part of a sandwich.

Almost everything on the menu could be Celiac friendly. We had amazing gf breaded chicken fingers with waffle fries. The ranch dressing was homemade and tasted great too. They have a separate dedicated fryer.

Loved the gf chicken tenders. So worth going for some homemade tenders. Also had gf pizza and fries in dedicated fryer. Pizza was good but fries were bland. Chicken though made it worth the visit.

Great gluten free choices! Menu is clearly marked with items that can be gluten free. They even have gluten free chicken tenders. The food isn’t the most amazing I have had but was still pretty good. My plate came out marked as gluten free, and I felt fine after eating it. Good bar and grill environment with classic choices.

Update: After accidental glutening, I called and spoke to management and they were so apologetic and definitely made it right to us. We went back last weekend and and it was a wonderful wonderful experience. It means the world to us that they took responsibility for it and made it right. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for a restaurant with moderate GF options. We will definitely be back.

Great selection. Staff is knowledgeable BUT husband was glutened just, not sure how. We think his order was mixed up (switched by accident) with our friend who ordered the same thing (just not GF)

I understand accidents happen and I'm waiting on a call back from the GM there. Will update once I hear from him.

It's nice to have a place to get bar food! Items that can be made gluten free are marked GF on the menu and it should be mentioned that you need gluten free. The waitress and menu warned that they do have gluten there, but do what they can to separate it. I had nachos with beef and wings. We went late on a Saturday night and our food came our very quickly. Will definitely be back.

If you have the time (and lots of it), this place is worth the wait just to feel safe in what you order and to have so much to choose from. As other reviewers have said, they have an extensive gf menu with dedicated fryers and they mark everything that is ordered gf so you can feel confident that the kitchen was aware of your gf needs when the food comes to the table. The service is very slow but the food is great.

Great GF options. Staff is knowledgeable about Celiac. Has separate fryers. I'm a Lawrence local and have always had good food here. The service is hit or miss, especially when it's a game night. But the food is always good.

Dedicated fryer. Chicken strips and pub chips were very good! They modify most menu items which are marked with GF on the menu. So fun to have good ole bar and grill food available. Family friendly sports bar atmosphere. Highly recommended.

It was soo nice to go somewhere and just feel so "normal"! It's the first time in a long time I've had wings anywhere, and the parmesan garlic wings were awesome! Our waitress was very helpful, asking questions, getting answers. It was buy one get one free burger night, and when we told her our food would be gluten free she did tell us that because of the GF buns the special would not apply. However, since neither of us had the buns with our burgers she did make sure to let us know that the special did apply, and she didn't have to. Not everyone would have, and that makes a difference. Good food, good staff, good environment. They even have a dedicated GF fryer! Will be going again!

So nice to have such an extensive menu to choose from! We have kids with celiac and can rarely eat out due to the dangers and lack of options. With a dedicated fryer and numerous options, Henry T's solved both problems! Great sweet potato fries!!
