Ik bestelde de tosti pulled chicken en deze was zeer lekker. Ik had op voorhand een mail gestuurd met wat vragen en was direct hun antwoord: Wij proberen zoveel mogelijk rekening te houden met alle uitzonderingen en allergenen. Zo hebben we veel glutenvrije gerechten of gerechten die glutenvrij gemaakt kunnen worden. Echter hebben we ovens waar ook gewoon brood in gebakken wordt en hangen gluten nu eenmaal in de lucht in de keuken. Dat gezegd hebbende, vervangen we altijd de snijplanken, hebben we een glutenvrije frituur en vervangen de koks altijd de messen/handschoenen wanneer zij een glutenvrij gerecht maken.

There were many gluten-free options on the menu. The allergens were very well marked. I ordered green curry chicken Tandoori but I got sick very soon after dinner. There were fried onions on the rice. Maybe that was the cause? What a pitty 😥.
