Review of Herbívora - Delish Vegan Food

Great vegan tacos but not great if you have celiac. I went here with my friends who really enjoyed all their tacos. At first I said I have celiac and I could not tolerate gluten and the chef said I could have any taco except 1. But then I asked if any soy sauce is used and he said yes in almost all of them except 2. But there is only one cutting board so there is inevitable cross contact with the other fillings. So I did not feel safe eating here and therefore did not.
