Super knowledgeable staff that showed me everything I could have on the menu and were knowledgable about cross contamination. I could have 90% of the menu, they ever had gluten free tiger bread! Most dishes were adaptable for GF, all proteins were gf, all sauces (apart from cauliflower were okay) the only two sides I couldn’t have was fries & Mac and cheese! The hassle back potatoes were absolutely insanely delicious
