Love love love Heritage Bakery and Cafe. They are a bakery so there will certainly be a cross contamination risk but let them know your level of risk-tolerance and they’ll be straight with you about how safe their options are. That being said, there’s usually a muffin and or a cookie that’s GF and they can use a GF toast on many of their regular menu items.
